We are Gary and Katz Jackson, and are located just 20 miles east of Madison, WI, two miles south of Marshall, WI at 970 Sherman Drive.
We raise registered Morgans and also manage a pheasant hunting game farm.
Our Morgan breeding program is based on a lifelong love of the traditional heritage that gave the breed its name and its fame over the last 150 years. Our herd stallion, “Bethesda Horus”, is 15.3 hands, homozygous black, with substantial bone and lots of intelligence and personality. “Horus” consistently produces versatile, high performing horses, regardless of the mares he is crossed with. Most of his get are black in color, followed by bay. The range in height is 14.3 to 16 hands tall, with most averaging 15.2 – 15.3 thus far. All of his offspring have good bone and substance. All are hard working, full of heart, with a willingness to carry out whatever the assigned task is at hand. They are also curious, friendly, and pretty as a picture.
