1991 Black Mare. 15 HH "Gem" has been used primarily as a brood mare at Feather Ridge Farm. She produced two beautiful homozygous black fillies, Feather Ridge Black Opal and Feather Ridge Black Crystal for us. She has a long history as a family and youth horse, and is very safe and responsive for young and inexperienced riders. She has a wonderful warm personality, super ground manners, and is ready to work as a trail horse, 4-H project or other endeavor of choice.
